Chris has over 30 years’ experience within asset finance Industry, gaining an in-depth knowledge of a wide range of financial products. Over that time, he has focused mainly on aviation and has a deep understanding of the aviation industry. As a qualified pilot he has a good understanding of the operational requirements of airlines.
Prior to forming CACL with Centrus, Chris as a founding Partner, formed Aviation Investment Management LLP as an independent aviation asset management company. Whilst at Cantor Fitzgerald Europe as a Managing Director in the Aviation Finance Group Chris had responsibility for origination, structuring and placement of aviation transactions to its investor clients.
Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald, Chris spent 14 years with Spectrum Capital Limited, a London based specialist aviation advisory and finance arranging firm, where he worked as Vice President, advising airlines, the UK and South African governments and aviation related companies including airports and air traffic control providers.
Chris started his career in asset finance at Bank of Scotland and also held senior asset finance roles in Bank Austria and Alliance & Leicester, including latterly as Head of the Commercial Finance Treasury operation. Chris is a Freeman of The Royal Society of Air Pilots.
