Barry Greyling joins Centrus in expansion of Residential Team
Financial group Centrus has announced the hiring of Barry Greyling in an expansion of its successful Residential Team. Barry is an experienced corporate financier with over 14 years of financing, advisory and banking experience. Barry joins Centrus from PwC Debt and Equity Capital Advisory where he primarily focussed on the real estate sector, prior to which he was responsible for the origination and execution of real estate transactions on the Investec Bank Debt Capital Markets team. Barry also has extensive experience of the private rented and affordable housing sectors in the UK, having advised a number of leading companies in these areas.
