Centrus is financial advisor to Mutual Energy and has supported the company in the development of its financial and commercial strategy for the Gas to the West Project. On 18th November 2014, the Utility Regulator in Northern Ireland announced the selection of Mutual Energy, (the owner of the Moyle Interconnector, Premier Transmission and Belfast Gas Transmission) as the Preferred Applicant for the Gas to the West Project. Geoff Knight, who along with Dublin based Jason Murphy is leading the advisory mandate for Centrus commented

“This project has drawn upon our broad based capital markets and project financing experience in economic infrastructure and we are pleased to have supported Mutual Energy in its innovative and successful bid”.

“We chose Centrus as our financial advisor because of their experience in delivering complex project financings through the Capital Markets and look forward to working with them to complete the Gas to the West project”
