Circle Voluntary Housing – Development of Business Plan Financial Model

Circle Voluntary Housing – Development of Business Plan Financial Model

Centrus advised Circle Voluntary Housing Association (“CVHA”), one of Ireland’s largest Approved Housing Bodies (“AHB”), on the development of an internal financial model for business planning, regulatory returns and delivery of management information. The financial model was used for the client’s internal business planning purposes and to produce the required outputs which AHBs are required to provide under inter alia, the new Financial Standard and Assessment Framework for the regulation of AHBs launched in July 2015.  In addition, the model enables the client to undertake detailed scenario and sensitivity analysis.

Centrus was able to value by combining our deep understanding of the Irish Social Housing Sector with our expertise in financial modelling to develop a bespoke model which will support CVHA’s growth ambitions.

Anne O’Meara Finance Director of Circle commented,

“Circle VHA engaged Centrus to assist with the creation of a bespoke business planning financial model. The team at Centrus have extensive knowledge of the Social Housing Sector in Ireland alongside a keen understanding of the factors which impact the sector and the challenges it faces. Myself, and the rest of the management team at Circle VHA, look forward to working with Centrus in the future.”
